Unreal City

Born into one of the feudal families of the Lebanon mountains and educated in the west, the anonymous narrator returns to ruins, haunted by memories of his country's fractured past, to search for the mistress who betrayed him in his youth. He seeks final redemption in the cult of Shia Islam.
