Under the Mango Tree

The course contains a carefully graded selection of poems. Some old favourites are included, but the main emphasis is on new material related to the experience of children in Africa. The Teacher's notes include ideas for presenting the poems in class and suggestions for follow-up activities: acting, drawing and guided writing.
