PROJECT LOVESydney Blackmun's penchant for projects was well-known to her family and friends. She was always taking on half a dozen new and outlandish schemes. But this summer, she vowed to relax and concentrate on one project--refurbishing a Victorian house in Ocean City. Until she met her neighbor Blake Mansfield....Blake had come to Ocean City to work.
