Armed with a sun-hat, insect repellant, a Swiss army knife and an 'all terrain' bicycle, Bettina Selby set off. 4,500 miles later she reached her destination - the source of the Nile. Her journey took her from the sites of one of the most ancient civilizations to some of the last discovered places on the planet.
