Kotobuki Ran is the undisputed kogal champ of Tokyos fashion mecca, Shibuya. Tokyo is a large city, though, and has many other shopping districts where teens hang out. When Ran and her pals unwittingly window-shop in a nearby area, theyre set upon by several formidable bukuro kogals and what starts as a minor accident could escalate into a no-holdsbarred street brawl!
