Cop's Daughter: Lauren

Lauren Phelps is a New York City homicide detective and the 'job' means everything. As Lauren and her partner Jack Murphy investigate two separate murders in the city, they make a connection to a third case where the victim turns up in the suburban town of Ridgeburgh. A serial killer with a fixation with the old Rock and Roll Era has begun his rampage. What starts out as a conflict between a city 'Murder Cop' and a suburban 'Murder Cop' soon turns into an unstoppable force. Lauren and Eddie Tennellie are one in the same with jurisdiction differentiating the two, but instant attraction pulling them together. In a combined effort, they try to track down the serial killer. Lauren wants to capture him badly and instantly she peaks the killer's interest. If he kills Lauren, he will appear unstoppable. A Cop's Daughter never gives up. Can she evade capture from the killer? Does she even want to?
