Came A Cavalier

When Connie is humiliated by her college boyfriend, she drops out of Tufts and becomes a nurse in France during WWI. There, due to scarcity, she is suddenly more attractive to men and gains much needed confidence but ultimately experiences both joy and real heartbreak.
